For you guys who missed out the last time; this years Eurodoc Festival at Cinemateket in Oslo, will show the Personal Velocity documentary by Jon Vatne. After our pre-release in October, which turned out to be a huge success, we have waited a long time to see this amazing documentary again. What a great night this turned out to be! We were expecting 40 of our friends to show up at this event, and well over a 100 showed up last night. Which means we´ll probably do this again! Thanks again to Phuc, Jon and Fredrik for all the help.

Vi viser i samarbeid med DogA og Oakley en førpremiere på sykkeldokumentaren Personal Velocity av norske Jon Vatne førstkommende torsdag!

Ingen by er som New York med sine sykkelbud, fixies og alley cats. I dokumentarfilmen Personal Velocity blir vi kjent med to unge syklister som hver dag manøvrerer seg gjennom New Yorks hektiske og utilgivelige gater. Chris er en nådeløs og godt meritert alleycat-rytter som har vunnet det som sykkelbudmiljøet har å by på. Bryan på sin sin side sykler mer bedagelig nå enn før, han vet alt for godt hva som kan lure rundt neste sving. Filmen lar deg oppleve optimale oppturer og nedturer på to hjul.

Regissøren, norske Jon Vatne, flyttet til New York høsten 2009 og ble inspirert til å lage filmen etter å opplevd aggresjonen, spenningen og farene som preger byens gater, når man bruker sykkelen som framkomstmiddel.

Oslo Pista, i samarbeid med DogA og Oakley, er stolte av å invitere deg til en eksklusiv førpremiere av Personal Velocity på DogA førstkommende torsdag klokken 19.00.  Det vil bli servering, giveaways, Q&A med regissøren og muligheter for å kjøpe en Oslo Pista sykkelcap. Filmen varer i 26 minutter, og de som ønsker kan fortsette videre til Sound Of Mu for en øl eller tre til.
